Hello, my name is William Woodley.
I am a researcher at the University of Alberta in the field of computational astroparticle physics. My research aims to advance our understanding of the fundamental principles and particles governing our universe, and I use advanced computational physics to investigate cosmic rays as well as physics beyond the Standard Model, like dark matter. I also have interests in theoretical particle physics, specifically quantum chromodynamics, as well as physics education and pedagogy, and the philosophy of science, physics, and mathematics.
University of Alberta (2018 – 2023)
B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics with a Minor in Mathematics
University of New Brunswick (2015 – 2018)
Diploma of Higher Education in Theoretical Physics
University of Edinburgh (2013 – 2015)
